Feel The Magic

January has been a hectic month, but Disneyland was fun! Benj is back in the full swing of law school, and I’ve been busy with work. 2018 has us working hard, including a ton of little projects I’m working on. I guess we are living by Benj’s saying, which is: it’s better to be busy than to be bored. Since we have been so busy, we were way excited to take a small break and head to Disneyland with the Mills family. I hadn’t been to Disneyland since I was a young girl, so it was almost like going for the first time again. Luckily for me, the Mills family frequents Disneyland, so I had some expert tour guides.

I purchased the two-day park hopper pass, which made it fun to gallivant to and from Disneyland and California Adventure. The rides were fun, and the treats were yummy! Speaking of good eats, you should try the Blue Bayou—time and pocketbook permitting. I also recommend that you make a reservation because it’s constantly busy. It was pricey, but the food and ambiance were FANTASTIC! After all, it’s inside the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. One other suggestion I have is if you haven’t gone to watch the World of Color show at California Adventure park, you should. It was an incredible water-and-light show at night that I consider a must-do in my future visits.

I must confess—I had so much fun that I didn’t have time to take more photos for you guys, but I was living in the moment and reveling it all! Disneyland is not just for kids. I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward going back to this magical place in the future.
